Our Team

Gayle Anderson

Gayle Anderson

President

Gayle is the president and sole owner of Anderson Reporting. She’s also a borderline-professional adventurer. Day-to-day, Gayle oversees all aspects of her business. She’s a Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR) and a Certified Legal Video Specialist. But every opportunity she gets to explore — she takes. Her adventures usually involve skiing black-diamond terrain in Colorado, Utah, Canada, and the Swiss Alps. She’s ski’d them all! As chair member of the Columbus Ski Club, Gayle is responsible for organizing the association’s annual ski trips. She’s also a certified scuba diver, avid golfer, and used to ride a Harley Davidson. In her down time, Gayle volunteers for Purebred Rescue Organization of Ohio as a foster mom for abandoned, neglected or abused pugs. You can reach Gayle (and her pack of pugs) at: ganderson@andersonreporting.com

Sharon Pontius

Sharon Pontius

Production Manager

Sharon has been running our entire production department and quality checks every transcript before sending off for over eight years. We’re fairly certain she has super-human eyesight, as nothing gets past her! The fact that she’s a Certified Merit Reporter (CMR) might have something to do with it. Married for 30 years with two teenage daughters and two dogs, Sharon is no stranger to managing a lot of moving parts. To sharpen her pace, she started running and just completed her first full marathon — a whopping 26.2 miles! When she’s not preparing orders in the production room, Sharon is outdoors hiking, biking, and (of course) running. She loves music, movies, travel and family get-togethers, especially when they involve her identical twin sister! For orders and prompt transcript delivery, email Sharon at transcripts@andersonreporting.com

Shayna Griffin

Shayna Griffin

Managing Reporter

Shayna has been reporting for over 27 years, 19 of them with Anderson Reporting Services. She’s a long time holder of the illustrious RPR (Registered Professional Reporter) and CRR (Certified Realtime Reporter) certifications, and specializes in complex and medical testimony. Ever the optimist, Shayna is the type of person that tries to see every challenge as a blessing. When she’s away from her steno machine, she loves traveling with her husband and caring for her two 12-year old Lab sisters, Maggie and Katie. Visit Anderson Reporting and you’ll discover her other favorite hobby — organizing and decorating! She’s got an eye for design and serious transcription talent. Request her for your next deposition today!

Kristen Colombo

Kristen Colombo

Certified Legal Video Specialist, Professional Photographer & Technology Manager

Kristen is the creative genius behind Anderson Reporting’s photography, video and technology department and is the unspoken resident problem solver. She performs all phases of video production, coordinates and monitors technology-based events, and is specially trained in trial presentation. From tough client questions and complex tech set-ups, to equipment troubleshooting and the occasional computer glitch, it’s Kristen’s creative approach that we depend on first. Technology aside, Kristen is an artist at heart. She believes the best camera is whatever one you have in your hand. In her opinion, it’s perspective that makes a great photo. True to her Italian roots, Kristen enjoys cooking, and thinks wine is best paired with a good book, but she admits most of her time is now spent keeping up with her busy family! Do you have a question about photography or video services? Email Kristen at actionvideo@andersonreporting.com
