Our Leadership
Gayle Anderson
President
Gayle is the president of Anderson Reporting, which she started back January of 1990. Gayle began her reporting journey at the Toledo School of Court Reporting where she graduated in 1980. From there, she went on to work as a freelance reporter for three years before becoming the official reporter for the Franklin County Municipal Court. Day-to-day, Gayle oversees all aspects of her business. She’s a Registered Professional Reporter (RPR), Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), Registered Merit Reporter (RMR), and a Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS). Gayle is also certified court reporter in Utah. She’s the past president of the Ohio Court Reporters Association and National Network of Reporting Companies.
She is also a borderline-professional adventurer. Every opportunity she gets to explore, she takes. Her adventures usually involve skiing black-diamond terrain in Colorado, Utah, Canada, and the Swiss Alps. As president of the Columbus Ski Club, Gayle is responsible for organizing the association’s annual ski trips. She’s also a certified SCUBA diver, avid golfer, and used to ride a Harley Davidson. In her down time, Gayle volunteers for Purebred Rescue Organization of Ohio as a foster mom for abandoned, neglected or abused pugs. You can reach Gayle at: [email protected]
“ARS provides top notch court reporting and legal videography around Central Ohio and beyond! Happy to be part of an amazing team of legal service professionals.”
“Unbelievable handling of a last-minute video deposition. The great team at Anderson Reporting pulled a videographer and reporter out their hats and were on the record in just over an hour after our emergency call. Very impressive service!”
Christy Heaney
Vice President
Christy manages the day-to-day operations of our scheduling, production, and videography departments. She has been with Anderson Reporting since 2016 and has been in the court reporting industry for over 20 years in one way or another. Whether it’s been attending court reporting school, running her own scoping and proofreading business, or managing the production department, she has dabbled in a little bit of everything over the years.
Christy has been married for 21 years and has two children. Outside of her time here at Anderson Reporting, you can find Christy spending time with family, camping, and reading. You can reach Christy at: [email protected]
